We carefully inspect our products before shipping and request our customers to do the same at the time of delivery of order. We make every effort to send same products shown in photographs, but please bear in mind that the handmade products may have slight variations. If there is any concern on quality or quantity, please notify us at support@beadedcraftsilk.com in a week. 
 
In such a cases, we will come across a solution after discussion which may include a compensation, replacement or refund whichever is agreed. Offcourse no refund on shipping and handling fee will be application, as we pay such fee to shipping agent. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
 
No return/refund on stock/sale/offer products will be applicable.
